FIELD: procedures for welding-on surface flaws of steel castings. ^ SUBSTANCE: charge includes powders of iron oxide and aluminum and sodium carbonate as technological additive. Scale formed after shot blasting of steel parts had been subjected to heat treatment is used as iron oxide. Fraction size of powders of iron oxide and aluminum is in range 10 - 40 micrometers. Ingredients are taken at next relation, mass. %: scale, 68 -71; aluminum, 29 -31; sodium carbonate, 0.4 - 0.6. ^ EFFECT: improved stability of arc burning, enhanced quality of surfacing. ^ 1 ex |
