<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal with which a specified mobile communication system is not always preferentially selected, but a mobile communication system that a user desires is preferentially selected when the mobile communication system is automatically selected. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal judges the power voltage when a processing for selecting the mobile communication system is selected. When the power voltage is smaller prescribed (YES in S400), the communication system whose consumption power is previously decided to be small is preferentially selected (S403) and a position is registered (S306).
