<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely mount a circuit to which high voltage is applied in electronic equipment using a fuel cell as the power source. <P>SOLUTION: A flash part consisting of a light emitting part 14, the circuit board 15 of a flash circuit, and a capacitor 16 are arranged on the right side in Fig., and a cell chamber 17 is arranged on the left side in Fig. in the casing of a camera 1. Furthermore, air holes 19 and 21 are provided between the cell chamber 17 and the flash part, and an air hole 20 is provided near the circuit board 15 and the capacitor 16 on the front 1-1 of the casing of the camera 1. Even if the fuel of the fuel cell housed in the cell chamber 17 leaks, the concentration of the leaked fuel is lowered by the time the leaked fuel reaches the flash part, and possibility that the fuel ignites the flash part gets low.
