<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently constitute motor stopping accuracy, particularly when using a DC brush motor as a driving motor for punching operation, by inexpensively providing a small and high speed processible paper punch. <P>SOLUTION: A punch motor rotational direction flag is checked (S101), and when it is the normal rotation side, a punch motor is normally rotated (S102), and when it is the reverse rotation side, the motor is reversely rotated (S103).
