<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart for replacing a part supply part for maintaining the quality of part mounting and increasing productivity by safely and efficiently performing setup operation in replacing the part supply part. <P>SOLUTION: A lead-in part 133 leading a pressurized fluid from the outside therein and a lift drive part 83 lifting a mounting part 25 by utilizing the pressurized fluid led from the lead-in part 133 are installed in the lift part 20 of the cart 10 for replacing the part supply part. The pressurized fluid is led into the fluid cylinder 85 of the lift drive part 83 to drive the lift part 20 through a lift lever 88. By selecting a valve circuit, the rising and lowering of the lift part 20 can be limited according to the position of the cart 10. A semi-fixing mechanism 111 having a toggle clamp 114 which, in transporting the part supply part 2, securely fixes the part supply part 2 onto the mounting part 25, and in mounting on a mounting stand 9, can separate the part supply part 2 from the mounting part 25 is installed in the mounting part 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
