<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing tool, a polishing method using this polishing tool, and a polishing device, dispensing with maintenance work such as complicated re-covering work, by always uniformly adsorbing a new abrasive grain to a surface of a work surface. <P>SOLUTION: This polishing tool 1 polishes a work surface, by sliding with a polishing surface of a workpiece 2 abutting via a magnetic substance abrasive grain 4 on the polishing surface vertically formed to a driving shaft, by rotating around the driving shaft; and has an electromagnet 13 for adsorbing the magnetic substance abrasive grain 4 to the polishing surface or releasing the abrasive grain from the polishing surface, by exciting or demagnetizing a ring-shaped ferromagnetic substance 12, when the ring-shaped ferromagnetic substance 12 is arranged under the polishing surface composed of a nonmagnetic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
