PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the drive circuit for the winding up machine and the travelling equipment provided with a pole selectable three-phase motor.

SOLUTION: Relating to the drive circuit for the winding up machine and/or the travelling equipment having the a pole selectable three-phase motor 2 provided with at least two kinds of different windings for a drive speed and having a pole selecting switch element 5 for connecting the three-phase motor 2 and a power supply to change the drive speed of the three-phase motor 2. The drive circuit for the winding up machine and/or the travelling equipment, in order to obtain a circuit optimizing switching behavior relating to control of the three-phase motor 2, connecting a power switch element 3 before the pole selecting switch element 5, is constituted so as to make the three-phase motor 2 separate from the power supply by the power switch element 3 for pole selecting.
