PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine a transaction condition regardless of a user's skill in a stock investment and payback support system or the like.

SOLUTION: This investment support and payback program outputs a new investment instruction or a payback instruction for stocks of a predetermined brand which is screened by the system to have high profitability when the system is used on the basis of real-time and past stock information. The program comprises steps of successively performing benefit simulation based on past stock transition data while varying the combination of parameters of a plurality of indexes related to transaction condition determination such as a technical analysis to determine an optimum parameter that is the combination of parameters capable of providing the best benefit; performing the technical analysis of share price information provided on a real time basis at least twice or more a day; and outputting the new investment instruction or the payback instruction according to the result of the technical analysis.
