<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating system material meeting the specified thermal requirements for aerospace launched bodies and transport aircraft. <P>SOLUTION: This material for heat insulating system comprises a silicone resin binder, a silicone catalyst, a ground cork, a glass echo sphere, and a silicone solvent. In a preferred embodiment, the material is formed of a silicone resin of 65.3 to 72.3 wt.%, a silicone catalyst of 6.5 to 7.25 wt.%, a ground cork of 7.22 to 7.98 wt.%, a glass echosphere of 8.36 to 9.24 wt.%, and a the balance silicone solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
