PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well reproduce a deformation calculating result as compared with a finite-element method when a rubber structure like a green tire constituted by laminating a rubber member on a rubber reinforcing layer is put in a mold and the deformation behavior of the rubber structure, which is caused when the rubber structure is expanded toward the inner surface of the mold, is reproduced. SOLUTION: The model of the rubber member on the surface of the rubber structure, which is pressed to a mold model for reproducing the surface shape of the inner surface of the mold, is set as follows. That is, the rubber member is expressed by a plurality of element points 50, and the position data of a plurality of the element points 50, which are contained in a predetermined range (support) when each of the plurality of the element points 50 is set as a center point, and a weight function, wherein a weight coefficient is determined corresponding to the distances from the center points of the element points, are used to determine an interpolation function showing the distribution of physical quantities such as predetermined displacement, stress or the like in the support to ditermine a rubber model 52 for reproducing the rubber member.
