PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cargos during transportation by a truck from being damaged or collapsed. SOLUTION: A total of six and at least one of sensor net modules 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, and 4f are mounted on the three X-, Y-, and Z-axis surfaces of the deck 3 of a trailer 1 and the cargo 3. When acceleration and vibration exceed thresholds while the acceleration and vibration are monitored, and when a deviation exceeds a threshold while a deviation between the acceleration and vibration of the deck 2 and the cargo 3 is monitored, an alarm is given to a driver and the driver decelerates or stops the trailer 1 and confirms the state of the cargo 3 so as to prevent the load 3 from being damaged or collapsed.
