PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker device which can faithfully reproduce sound. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a speaker unit 1 and an insulator 3 with which a frame 11 of the speaker unit 1 is fitted to a door inner panel 2 of a body side. The insulator 3 is provided with an elastic member 33 interrupting or absorbing the vibrations in a direction of 360 degrees transmitted from the speaker unit 1 to the door inner panel 2.
