PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamber loading and bullet feeding mechanism for a rifle or a shotgun for eliminating loading failure liable to occur when loading a cartridge in a chamber and being used as a locking function against out-of-purpose use (illegal use). SOLUTION: The rifle and the shotgun provided with a bolt-action type chamber loading and bullet feeding mechanism with a bolt is constituted so that a cylindrical spacer with a cutout for receiving a bolt locking block can be rotatably mounted in a space for rotation of the bolt locking block on an outer periphery of a bolt tip provided between the chamber of a barrel and a frame of a gun body.
