PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel assembly capable of eliminating an arrangement space of suspension elements, excellently absorbing shock and vibration of the vertical direction and easily performing an installing work of a flat bearing. SOLUTION: A spring mechanism 30 is arranged between a rotating member 20 fixed to a brake drum and a rim 11 of a wheel. The suspension elements 70 are connected in almost standing states between a first supporting member 50 having one end part fixed to a vehicle body and the other end part arranged at the radial inside of the rim 11 and a second supporting member 60 rotatably connected to a disk 12. An outer ring 41 of the flat bearing 40 is held between a rim drop 11c and an outside spring receiving ring 31 of the spring mechanism 30 and is fixed to the rim 11.
