PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent equipment from imparting an injury to an occupant by suppressing projecting backward of the equipment such as an audio device at the time of collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this vehicle, an air conditioning unit 1 to be a part of an air conditioner is arranged at a center part in front of each of a driver's seat and a front passenger seat in a front end part of a cabin to be a rear side of a fire wall 4 for partitioning the cabin and a front engine compartment. An extrusion bracket 7 is mounted at a position deviated to either one of left and right sides in the front end part of the air conditioning unit 1. The air conditioning unit 1 and the fire wall 4 contact at the time of the collision of the vehicle to constitute a mechanism for pushing the air conditioning unit 1. In a rear end part, a rotation auxiliary bracket 10 is mounted at a position deviated to an opposite side of the extrusion bracket 7 in the front end part to be connected to the air conditioning unit 1 to be rotatable in relation to a vehicle body side. Since a casing 2 becomes easy to be destroyed due to rotation of the air conditioning unit 1 at the time of the collision, jumping-out quantity to a rear side becomes small.
