摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a separator for a fuel cell moldable even with a carbon content of 50% wt.% or higher. <P>SOLUTION: A mixture A of powder or granular carbon and resin is housed in a template 5 with a hydraulic press device 11 for a bottom plate, and a hydraulic press device 15 for a cover plate. Then the mixture A is heated and pressurized by the press devices 11, 15, to allow the resin to be melted to embrace the carbon. Then the resin is cooled. The mixture A is pre-heated before being pressurized by the press devices 11, 15. The mixture A in the template 5 can be strongly pressurized in shaping, enabling the separator 1 to be shaped even if the carbon content is 50 wt.% or higher.
