FILM SHEET MOLDING EQUIPMENT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a resin film sheet having such a high thickness precision as required for an optical film or sheet, by holding down a temperature change on the side opposite to that coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface of a roll.

SOLUTION: An air intercepting plate 20 which surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the roll 11 at a space t required for molding the film sheet and has heat insulating properties is provided. The air intercepting plate has a double structure wherein an intermediate layer makes an heat insulating layer.
