<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy device for an operation using an endoscope having functions of coagulating by heat, parting, excision and holding the aimed region as a preceding stage, and a production method of an insulation construction of the above device which has a heat generating section by electric energy. <P>SOLUTION: A function of coagulating by heat and incision is improved by a construction combined with a means to pull the device after the device holds the aimed region based on the concept of the opposite direction scissor. The held region is brought to a leading edge of the heat generating section and cut in a proximal direction. The device is produced to be insulated by fixing a tube of a heat shrinkable insulation resin by thermal contraction fixing leaving a leading edge electrode with fine structure of a diameter of 2-3 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
