<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device that can efficiently adjust a distance between a light source and a lens in a guide image projector, and also to provide the manufacturing method of the device. <P>SOLUTION: The device is structured such that the guide lens 35 is held by the difference-in-level part 39B of a lens holder 36 and a repulsion of a coil spring 34 from the rear and that, against the repulsion, the lens holder 36 is fixedly screwed into a recess 37 of the housing 33. Accordingly, with the purpose of adjusting a distance between a visible light LED chip 31 and the guide lens 35, in rotating the lens holder 36 relative to the housing 33, mechanical play due to a backlash between the two is absorbed by the repulsion of the coil spring 34. Also, the distance between the visible light LED chip 31 and the guide lens 35 is always set at a stable position, enabling the adjusting operation to be efficiently performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
