PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DVD device whose cost is competitively reduced by means of adoption of a resin case. SOLUTION: In the DVD device, a board is divided into a digital board 40 and a power source board 30, which are arranged on both sides of an optical disk loader 20. In this case, the division of the grounding pattern of the digital board 40 is altered, and a filter is arranged adjacent to connectors 45-48 on the digital board 40. By this, useless emission is remarkably decreased. Accordingly, a metal case is not required and the resin case can be adopted, which leads the reduction in cost for the DVD device.
