PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front plate with a peeling film capable of nondestructive defect inspection of a front plate which is used as a component of a display and equipped with at least a substrate, an electrode, and a display material displaying image according to whether a voltage is applied or not or the direction of an applied voltage and to provide its inspection method and its inspection device. SOLUTION: The peeling film having a conductive film 17 is stuck on a display material side of the front plate 1 across an adhesive layer and the front plate 4, is mounted on an inspection plate 4; and a probe 2 and a probe 3 are brought into electric contact with the transparent electrode 13 and conductive film 17, and a driving voltage generating device 6 applies a driving voltage between electrodes to perform defect inspection.
