PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device capable of supplying hot water as heat medium from a hot water supply source to hot water equipment even when the hot water supply source has no circulation tube corresponding to a circulation system. SOLUTION: The hot water supply device comprises the hot water supply source 1 for supplying hot water as heat medium and a hot water supply flow path 2 to which hot water is supplied from the hot water supply source 1. A portion of of the hot water supply flow path 2 is formed as a heat exchange flow path 4 for supplying heat to a load terminal 3, an open/closed valve 5 is provided on the upstream or downstream side of the heat exchange flow path 4, a drain part 6 is provided on the downstream side of the heat exchange flow path 4 for draining the heat medium from the hot water supply flow path 2, and a control part 7 is provided for opening/closing the open/closed valve 5.
