PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a desired coil by eliminating a discarded part of a conductor without turning. SOLUTION: A spiral coil 21 is formed by a winding portion 2 consisting of bendable sections 6 which are formed by alternately forming cuts in a planar conductor 1 and are disposed side by side on one side of the cut and the other side thereof, and coupling pieces 8, 9 for coupling between ends of the adjacent sections 6, 6. Since the winding portion 2 used as the coil 21 is made of the conductor 1, the discarded part of the conductor 1 is never generated. Moreover, once cuts are formed in the winding portion 2, the spiral coil 21 can be obtained without turning them, only by curving or bending the sections 6 to bend and deform them by only forming the cuts.
