PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter that can achieve miniaturization by decreasing switching elements, that can reduce switching loss, and that can reduce the noise of output and input. SOLUTION: Two pairs of FETs 12, 13 and 15, 16, that are connected to a DC voltage source and that converts the DC to AC, are turned on and off with the phases shifted by 180°from each other. Each pair of the FETs 12, 13 and 15, 16 is turned on and off by being set to be opposite in phases. Each output voltage is boosted by transformers 14, 17 and then rectified and smoothed.
