PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-sliding-door device wherein three sliding doors overlap one another in a front view so that an opening can be opened by about two-thirds of the width of the opening, and which can make a step equivalent to the thickness of the single sliding door in a fully closed state. SOLUTION: This three-sliding-door device 10 comprises the first sliding door 2 which travels on a first rail 1, the second sliding door 4 which travels on a second rail 3, and the third sliding door 6 which travels on the third rail 5. When a direction orthogonal to the lengthwise direction of the first rail 1 in a plan view is defined as a longitudinal direction, the first rail 1 and the second rail 3 are made parallel to each other, and the second rail 3 is positioned ahead of the first rail 1 in a plan view. The third rail 5 is composed of an inside linear rail part 7 which is in a position to correspond to a part on one side in the lengthwise direction of the second rail 3 in a plan view, an outside linear rail part 8 which is positioned in parallel with a position ahead of a part on the other side in the lengthwise direction of the second rail 3 in a plan view, and an inclined rail part 9 which makes the rail parts 7 and 8 communicate with each other.
