PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having a high dielectric constant by addition of dielectric powder in the relatively small amount, wherein the resultant resin composition having high dielectric constant is excellent in electric properties such as dielectric loss tangent and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and to relatively simply obtain a miniaturized electronic component by using a dielectric paste obtained by using the resin composition and excellent in a coating property. SOLUTION: The resin composition having a high dielectric constant is composed of at least two kinds of powders having high dielectric constant, surface-treated with silane coupling agents different in terminal groups, and a resin. The resin composition having high dielectric constant is obtained by mixing two kinds of powders having high dielectric constant surface-treated with silane coupling agents different in these terminal groups at a ratio of (30-70 vol%) to (70-30 vol%) into the resin.
