PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the peeling of concrete which can easily be performed, and to provide a method for repairing concrete by which the place requiring repair can easily be found and be repaired. SOLUTION: In the method for preventing the peeling of concrete, to the surface of concrete, a high strength coating film in which energy required for fracture is≥1 J in a push-out test for concrete with a diameter of 100 mm in an environment at the temperature of 20°C and the humidity of 65% is formed. As for the high strength coating film, in the concrete push-out test, preferably, the maximum displacement is≥10 mm, and also, the maximum load is≥100 N.
