PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a former dispenser capable of preventing foreign matters from entering from an outside air introduction opening of an air piston. SOLUTION: The former dispenser is provided with a base cap 2 which is fixedly retained on a mouth part of a vessel 1, two pumps 3 which suck, pressurize and forcibly feed the contents in the vessel and the outside air separately and a pressurizing head 5 with a nozzle which actuates the pumps while repeating pushing and restoration movement, mixes and foams the contents and the outside air through respective discharge courses in the confluence space respectively and ejects the mixture to the outside. Therein, the pump which sucks, pressurizes and forcibly feeds the outside air is provided with a large diameter cylinder part 3b which forms a single cylinder and an air piston 3g which slides in accordance with the pushing and the restoration movement of the pressurizing head 5. Further, at least on one part of the base part of the air piston 3g, a plurality of small-sized holes are aggregated and a fine pore aggregate 4 which introduces the outside air into the large size cylinder part 3b upon the restoration operation of the pressurizing head is disposed.
