PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for oil polluted soil by which oil deposited to the soil, particularly heavy oil can sufficiently be removed at a low temperature without impairing a function as a soil material. SOLUTION: This oil polluted soil treatment method comprises processes of: soil recovering (S1) recovering oil polluted soil; mixing/agitating (S2) mixing/ agitating a natural organic adsorbent adsorbing oil to the recovered oil polluted soil; and heating (S3) for desorbing the oil adsorbed to the adsorbent by vaporizing, by heat treatment of the oil polluted soil mixed and agitated with the adsorbent.
