PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve rapid reduction of an oscillation amount caused by deviation of resonance frequency and to easily generate oscillation with high quality in an oscillating linear actuator used in a cellular phone, a game, an information portable terminal or the like. SOLUTION: In the oscillating linear actuator, a leaf spring 6 having one end fixed to a stator and the other end fixed to a needle is arranged and the needle is supported displaceably in an axial direction to the stator by the leaf spring 6. The oscillating linear actuator is constituted such that a spring constant is made large at both ends of a displacement area in an axial direction of the needle. The oscillating linear actuator with high performance is quickly removed from the resonance state and prevents deterioration of spring property and fracture caused by excessive load by inhibiting excessive amplitude of the needle.
