FIELD: machine or devices for shearing or cutting pipes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing and faceplate mounted inside the housing and provided with cutting heads. Each cutting head has radial guide secured to the faceplate. The guide receives hollow plunger, holder for cutter mounted for movement along the guide, and lead screw. The space of the hollow plunger receives slide that defines movable link together with the holder via the through transverse openings made in the radial guide and bottom of the plunger. The plunger is spring-loaded with respect to the radial guide in the axial direction by the compression spring with loading controller. The surface of the controller is provided with a member that is in a contact with the pipe surface. The lead screw of cutting head defines a screw pair with the hollow plunger and secured to the slide in the axial direction to define a rotation pair. Each of the lead screws is connected with the sprocket that is mounted for permitting cooperation with the projection secured to the housing. ^ EFFECT: simplified structure. ^ 3 dwg
