STABLE TETRODOTOXIN FREEZE DRYING MEDICINAL PREPARATION

摘要

A freeze drying preparation for injection containing in each dose 0.5 to 60~ g tetrodotoxin or the analogs thereof, which has good stability and accords wi th human body safety, and can be long stored at room temperature. Said preparation also contains compounds which can reduce C1-4 hydroxy activity o f tetrodotoxin or the analogs thereof, such as glucosidic linkage containing compounds selected from any one of disaccharide, polysaccharid, the derivatives thereof or their mixture, and auxiliary solvent which improves dissoving capacity of tetrodotoxin or the analogs thereof.
