<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tender host for appropriately tendering for auction in an auction system for selling used automobiles or the like at auction. <P>SOLUTION: When an auction value (bided-up current auction value) is not more than a reference sum, a request host unconditionally tenders for auction as shown by (a). Then, when the auction value exceeds the reference sum, and becomes not more than a rank sum, the request host tenders for auction as long as the auction host is under slow down control, and as long as the auction partner (member terminal's tender for auction) exists. On the other hand, even when the auction value exceeds the reference sum, the request host unconditionally tenders for the auction until the auction host shifts to the slow-down control regardless of whether the auction partner exists as shown by (b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
