PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform water drip when garbage is transformed to compost by microbial degradation. SOLUTION: This container 1 with a lid is installed in a refuse station, has a caster 5, and dragged by a handle bar 3. The container 1 has a tilted shaft 10 on the front surface side thereof and is tilted by a container tilting device, and the garbage is fed into a wet refuse treating machine. An intermediate plate 11 tilted backward is disposed in a vertically intermediate part in the container 1, and a mesh is formed at the back of the intermediate plate 11. Thus, only moisture of the garbage stored in the container 1 is separated, and the garbage can be sufficiently transformed to compost by the microbial degradation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
