PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide security system excellent in reliability and convenience by introducing an authentication system capable of arbitrarily setting a plurality kinds of authentication data and a plural terminal communication systems capable of performing simultaneous communication with more than a plurality of portable terminals in a conventional communication area. SOLUTION: A BCP system 2, in which the plural terminal communication system 100 capable of performing simultaneous communication with a plurality of terminals is built, simultaneously unifies management of a terminal network consisting of a plurality of terminals and a content management network consisting of a plurality kinds of contents for managing various kinds of information. An authentication system provided with a various authentication data registration BCP database 48 and a policy management section 44 for arbitrarily extracting a plurality items of authentication data from the database and arbitrarily setting an extracting timing is incorporated into a BCP database system 14.
