COLOR TONER FOR NONCONTACT HEAT FIXING AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color toner for noncontact heat fixing which exhibits satisfactory color mixing properties in a full color region even when fixing energy is relatively small and exhibits a wide color reproduction range, and to provide a full color image forming method. SOLUTION: The color toner for noncontact heat fixing contains at least a binder resin, colorants and an infrared absorbent, and tanδ((loss modulus G")/(storage modulus G')) of the toner at 120°C is 3-6. The image forming method employs a flash fixing system in which flash energy is 1.0-5.0 J/cm2and the above toner for noncontact heat fixing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
