PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly corrosion-resistant coated steel sheet which can be subjected to severe working such as press forming, be electrification-resistance-welded, and has superior corrosion resistance even without being coated after working. SOLUTION: The highly corrosion-resistant coated steel sheet capable of being welded superior in the corrosion resistance of a formed part is a coated metallic material which has an organic coating comprising (1) a resin having a urethane bond, and (2) conductive particles comprising (i) a metal and/or (ii) an alloy or a compound of a typical metal, a transition metal and a metalloid element, on the whole area or one part of the surface of a steel sheet having a galvanized layer thereon. The resin having the urethane bond is an organic resin obtained from a raw material of a film-forming resin that contains (a) a polyester polyol having at least three functional groups, and (b) a blocked organic polyisocyanate or a blocked prepolymer having a NCO group on the end, which is obtained by a reaction of the organic polyisocyanate with an active hydrogen compound.
