STRUCTURE OF PLASTICIZING SCREW FOR INJECTION BLOW APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a plasticizing screw for an injection blow apparatus capable of imparting sufficient plasticizing capacity to a resin material and capable of improving a molding cycle time. SOLUTION: The plasticizing screw 10 is constituted of a material supply part 13 wherein a spiral constant pitch main flight part 12a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a screw shaft 11, a material compression part 14 constituted of a double flight part 12b alternately different in root diameter and a material metering part 15 constituted of the constant pitch main flight part 12a or the like. The material compression part 14 is constituted of the double flight part 12b comprising two flight parts of which the root diameters d1 and d2 are alternately different and the material metering part 15 is provided with an intensive kneading part 17 wherein constant pitch uneven parts 16a and 16b having predetermined lengths are formed to the screw shaft 11 in the peripheral direction thereof so that the uneven parts 16a and 16b are alternately shifted in the longitudinal direction of the screw shaft 11.
