PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyisocyanate composition having good storage stability. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyisocyanate composition, comprising subjecting a diisocyanate compound or the like as a raw material to at least one of an isocyanuration reaction and an allophanate-forming reaction in the presence of a catalyst and then terminating the reaction, is characterized by using fine particles and a reaction terminator comprising a catalyst-deactivating agent and then removing the reaction terminator.
