PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge static electricity steadily even if there is no lead wire and eliminate uncertain jointing. SOLUTION: When a human hand and a similar article charged with floating static electricity approaches or contacts a metal decoration steel plate 1 located at the outermost part, the electrostatic charge is guided to the vicinity of a through hole 2-1 formed in a resin molded base board 2 and discharged to a conductive part 3-1 through a discharge route with the through hole 2-1 as an air gap. The discharged electric charge is discharged through a copper foil pattern 3-2 to a screw 6 to a main chassis 4 (grounding potential). Thus, the generated static electricity is guided to the conductive member, and then escapes to the chassis, thereby circuit components on the substrate can be protected from breakdown. Also, since the lead wire can be eliminated, cost reduction, the shortening of a work time, the prevention of the separation of solder and the like can be expected as soldering can be eliminated.
