PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable magnet-embedded rotor in which an assembly process is easy and breakage of a magnet and a rotor is suppressed. SOLUTION: A magnet set 20 is inserted in a magnet-embedded rotor 10. Metal plates 22 and 22 are arranged on both surfaces of a magnet 21.
