PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiving apparatus wherein an adjustment of a television image is enabled without causing differences of brightness information, color information, location information or the like between a digital OSD and an analog OSD. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiving apparatus is provided with a first and a second broadcast signal receiving means (1, 2) which receive signals from a broadcasting network and output a video signal and a character/figure signal, and a first and a second control means (7a, 7b) which control the first and the second broadcast signal receiving means, respectively. The first control means is notified of processing information which is to be processed in the second broadcast signal receiving means through a system bus (11), so that the processing is offset in the second broadcast signal receiving means.
