PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address link system for retrieving data registered in a file owned by a client or a server to restructure the data into a single file. SOLUTION: An address linker 1 of an LDAP client has a function capable of retrieving data in its own file or requesting to retrieve data in a file registered on an LDAP server. An address linker 2 of the LDAP server shares personal data, and has a data retrieval function for the file on the server and a function of responding requests for data retrieval and registration from the LDAP client. The LDAP client or the server outputs a retrieval result list, if personal data with the same name is registered in a plurality of files, the latest data is displayed in highlight according to determination of update date and time.
