摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain alignment accuracy and uniform spacing between substrates of some extent by rough alignment and to suppress the degradation in a voltage holding rate relating to a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device using a dispenser injection method of a dropping a liquid crystal onto one transparent substrate in a reduced pressure atmosphere, then superposing another transparent substrate thereon and sealing the liquid crystal therebetween. SOLUTION: Films 13A and 13B for capturing movable ions in order to prevent the contamination when an uncured adhesive material and the liquid crystal come into contact are formed on at least either of a pair of the transparent substrates 1 and 4 in a region abutting on the region where the adhesive material is formed on the inner side of the region formed with the adhesive material. The adhesive material 2 is formed to an annular shape to the region on the outer side of either one display region of the pair of the transparent substrates 1 and 4. The liquid crystal display 3 is dropped to the central region of either one of the pair of the transparent substrates 1 and 4. After the pair of the transparent substrates 1 and 4 are superposed on each under the reduced pressure, the atmospheric pressure is restored and the liquid crystal 3 is sealed into the spacing enclosed by the adhesive material 2 between the pair of the transparent substrates 1 and 4.
