PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device capable of appropriately regulating the rise of an opening/closing body. SOLUTION: This opening/closing device is provided with the opening/closing body 13 lifted along an opening 3 to open/close the opening 3. An opening/closing body hole part 25 is formed at the lower end part of the opening/closing body 13. The lower end part of the opening/closing body 13 is provided with a moving body 31 moving between a regulating position to regulate the rise of the opening/closing body 13 and an allowing position to allow the rise of the opening/closing body 13. A moving body hole part 33 is formed at the moving body 31. The opening/closing device is provided with a regulating body 41 for regulating the rise of the opening/closing body 13 by engagement with the hole parts 25, 33 when closing the opening 3 and regulating the movement of the moving body 31 into the allowing position by engagement with the hole part 33.
