PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel constitutive block for a sidewalk-driveway boundary provided with both functions of the channel constitutive block and a boundary block and capable of effectively exhibiting a drainage function. SOLUTION: A cylindrical block 10 provided with an internal channel 11 is formed below, and a boundary block part 20 with a function of indicating a boundary between a road and a driveway is formed on the upper face of the channel constitutive block 10 to provide both functions of the channel constitutive block and the sidewalk-drive way boundary block. Further, the sidewall of the channel constitutive block 10 is formed with a lateral groove 31 along the longitudinal direction, and a longitudinal end face 12 is formed with a drainage 32 to communicate the lateral groove 31 with a cutout 30. A block with the same cross section as the longitudinal end face 12 is connected to collect rainwater infiltrating inside a permeable pavement, into the cutout 30 through the lateral groove 31 and the drainage 32 to thereby collect the rainwater in the internal channel 11.
