PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping implement for prefitting a water pipe without performing large-scale construction at a site in a prefitting method for constructing the water pipe within a wall. SOLUTION: This piping implement used for raising the water pipe within the wall and fixing the tip toward the indoor side is provided with a base 2 fixed to a lower part in the wall, a post 3 connected upward to the base 2, and a fixing metal fitting 4 lockable in an optional position in a longitudinal direction of the post 3. The post 3 is provided with a plurality of post side locking holes 301 along the longitudinal direction, and the fixing metal fitting 4 is provided with metal fitting side locking holes 404 formed in overlap arrangement with the plurality of post side locking holes 301, and fixing aperture parts 403 opened to the wall plate side and allowing the tip of the water pipe to pass through to fix it.
