PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately reproduce the actual phenomena such as the change of underground water or stress condition, etc. in the field ground in which the super well point construction method is executed. SOLUTION: The invention is an miniature model 1 of an underground water level lowering construction method loaded in a centrifugal machine. By acting a centrifugal force on the miniature model, the earth pressure and the pore water pressure can be made substantially equal to the field one and the stress condition in the field ground can be more accurately reproduced and the influence evaluation can be made accurate. Water is supplied from the water tank 20 to an earthen tank 30. An experiment draining the water in a water collection tank 40 by means of a drain pump 61 in which the pore water flows in from the lower side of the earthen tank 30 can be executed in the field of the centrifugal force. In this way, the phenomenon generated in the field in the execution time can be reproduced, and the influence evaluation can be accurately executed.
