PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer for reclaiming an asphalt pavement waste material for minimizing the sticking of the waste material to rake-up blades by devising so that the waste material hardly sticks when raked up and easily comes off even if it sticks. SOLUTION: The rake-up blade 2 is formed of a cylindrical body 8 of a suitable length and mounted to the inner peripheral wall of a drum 3 while having a slight clearance between the cylindrical body 8 and the inner peripheral wall of the drum 3.
