PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a higher value-added locking/unlocking system which uses packet telecommunication and has an anticrime effect etc. SOLUTION: This locking/unlocking system S is equipped with an electronic locking/unlocking device 1 for locking/unlocking a door, and a locking/unlocking management server which is connected to the electronic locking/unlocking device via a packet network 8. The device 1 is equipped with a locking/unlocking means for locking/unlocking the door, a device packet receiving means for receiving packet data which are sent out to the packet network 8 from the locking/unlocking management server, and a locking/unlocking control means for outputting an unlocking operation signal or a locking operation signal to the locking/unlocking means in accordance with an unlocking or locking command included in the packet data.
